   TO REGISTER ONLINE

Online registration is fast, safe and easy. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Checks, if received in the conference office by May 7 will be accepted. When registering online you will receive immediate confirmation of your registration.

   INTERNATIONAL LETTERS OF INVITATION

If you require a letter of invitation in order to obtain a travel visa to attend the conference, you must first register for the conference and pay the appropriate registration fee(s).  Letters will be sent vial email.  If an original letter is required, the letter will be sent U.S. mail.  It can be sent overnight if a shipping account number is provided for any of the major international overnight shipping companies. Please submit your requests in writing by email to info@opensourcegridgluster.org or fax to: (505) 266-3461.

   TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations received in writing at least 15 days prior to the first day of the conference will be refunded in full less an administration charge of $40. Notice of cancellation must be completed either through the online registration site or by submitting in writing to info@opensourcegridcluster.com. Should you need to cancel your registration less than 15 days before the first day of the conference, the registration fee remains payable in its entirety.

Substitutions and Name Changes: Substitutions are acceptable at any time. This can be done online on the registration website or by sending a notice in writing to the conference office via mail or email, info@opensourcegridcluster.com

Splitting Registration: Registrations may not be split.

Indemnity: It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the conference organizers to alter the venue, content or timing of the program. We will endeavor to keep you informed of such changes, but any reasonable change to the conference format will not constitute a reason to refund the conference fee. In the event that the conference is cancelled by the organizers, the registration fee shall be refunded in full. The liability of the organizers shall be limited to that refund and the organizers shall not be liable for any other loss, cost, or expense, whatsoever cause, incurred or arising.

We employ reputable and reliable service providers to ensure such information is protected. All information we hold is kept secure with access limited to personnel charged with the processing of such data.

Safety: While every effort has been made to ensure the safety of all delegates, the organizers cannot be held responsible and/or liable for any personal accident, loss or damage to private property of those attending the conference.
